Halloween is approaching and probably the last pumpkins are still being carved in many households. But where to put the pumpkin meat? On the one hand, you could of course conjure up a delicious soup, but how about something completely different? How about a pumpkin bread?
In this video, no classic pumpkin bread is baked with pumpkin seeds, but rather pre-made mus is placed in a yeast dough and then baked. The bread not only looks delicious afterwards, it is also damn delicious. Especially if you like it a bit sticky, you will get your money's worth here.
Here are the ingredients at a glance:
- 500 g flour (type 550)
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 packet of yeast
- 500 g pumpkin
